The copyright of all images and video on this site and of any photographs or DVDs supplied to you, our customer, is retained by us.
What this means is that you may not copy any image on this website for any purpose.
You may not copy any photograph or DVD we have supplied to you for any purpose.
Because we created the photograph or video, even though you may be the subject,
when you purchase a photo or DVD you are purchasing a copy of the digital image/ video footage retained by us.
This means that if you wish to give someone a copy of one of our photos or DVDs you must purchase a second copy.
If you want an enlargement of one of our photos you must buy it from us.
If you wish to put one of our photographs or video footage on your website you should contact us for permission and we will supply the relevant file for use on the web.
We happily provide video or photos free of charge to event organisers on the condition we are given credit for the image/ video on the site and a link is placed on the site back to us.
