Terms and conditions for producing merchandise.
1.)Customers are responsible for all art work
submitted to Northernplan.com. No editing will be undertaken by Northernplan.com.
The images submitted by or customers will be used in the format they are sent
in.
2.) Due to the process being completed by hand one
piece at a time it is not possible to guarantee that the colour will be
identical from item to item.
3.) Due to the nature of the process Northernplan.com
cannot guarantee that all images will be aligned identically. Although
Northernplan.com will endeavour to align images in a consistent manner they
accept no responsibility if alignment is not identical on all items.
4.)Any text to be included on any merchandise must
be supplied in writing and it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure
spelling and grammar is correct in this document as that will be used for the
design on the merchandise.
5.)Copyright and or ownership of and designs
supplied to Northernplan.com remain that of the customer.
6.)Northernplan.com will not accept any images or
designs that appear to be pornographic, racial, offensive or in breach of any
UK laws.
7.) Customers are responsible that they have the
copyright or permission of the copyright owner to use any images or text on any
products produced by Northernplan.com
8.) Any defects in the products not including colour
variation and alignment variations covered in points 2. and 3. Of these terms
and conditions must be reported to Northernplan.com at the earliest possible
opportunity after receiving the goods.
9.) Northernplan.com is not responsible for delays
occurred due to late delivery of stock. If Northernplan.com is aware of any
delay, the customer will be informed at the earliest opportunity.
10.) Orders
must be confirmed in writing or via email prior to production starting.
11.) Northernplan.com
will endeavour to complete orders efficiently and will agree a delivery date
with the customer.
12.) If
credit is offered to customers they are required to make payment in full within
10 working days unless they have an alternative agreement with Northernplan.com
in writing. Failure to do this and Northernplan.com reserve the right to take
the necessary action to recover the monies owed with the addition of £75.00
(Seventy Five Pounds) to cover any additional admin and legal charges incurred.
